Mission

We shall achieve our vision by:

• providing retail career individuals and entrepreneurs with the requisite retail business insights, skills, knowledge, tools, and methods to support them in actualizing their retail entrepreneurial dream of starting and managing a successful retail business.

• sourcing, training, and developing technical, operational, managerial, and leadership talents in retail.

• developing a pipeline of technical, operational, and managerial talents skilled and equipped with retail best practices from which industry practitioners can source their staff compliments.

• Provide onboarding training for the newly employed in the retail organization to quickly acclimatize to the company, culture, position, and responsibilities in a manner that positively impacts time to productivity and performance.
